Thursday Arrival
Check-in at front desk and get settled into your rooms. If you are early, enjoy the many amenities on site and near by. Welcome reception at 6pm.
Friday - Sunday Art
Breakfast anytime between 6-9am at Creekside
9 am start time with demonstration, techniques, and skills
12 pm Lunch & Break
Afternoon paint exploration, practice skills, and techniques
afternoon snacks and 5pm wrap up
Friday- Saturday After 5pm
This is your time to relax or soak in any guilty pleasures the amenities and surroundings have to offer. Plunge in the hot tub/pool, bask in the sun, relax by the fire pit/gazebo, go for a walk, shop the outlets, have dinner & cocktails with new friends, or play some golf. Discounts on Golf, & Bigshots driving range available.
Most meals are included with the price with the exception of dinner Friday and Saturday. However, filling delights will be provided each day at 4pm along with refreshments.
Cocktails & Hors D’oeuvres
Thursday evening join the team and I as we welcome you with cocktails and small bites as we all get acquainted with one another.
Breakfast Daily
Full breakfast buffet, including egg/omelets station, potato’s, bacon, sausage, baked goods, oats, yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffles, juice, coffee, tea, & water is included at Creekside Cafe located in the hotel.
Breakfast Friday - Monday at your leisure anytime between 6-9am.
Lunch Daily
Full lunch buffet Friday - Sunday featuring a variety of cuisines and gluten free options will be provided daily.
Breakout PM Snack
Afternoon snacks and all day refreshments will be provided Friday-Sunday during our creative time. If you require dinner Friday and Saturday (this is at your leisure and expense).
Dinner Banquet
Sunday evening we will celebrate the week of reset, creating, and new friendships with a beautiful closing dinner banquet.
Accommodations are not included in the price but I have secured discounted rates for your stay at $149/night (est. additional $596 + applicable taxes for accommodations)
King or Double Queen
You are responsible for reserving your room upon registration using the link that will be provided upon receiving payment. Rates are very low and if you want to save even more, you can share a room with a friend. Both parties need to register for the retreat, but only one needs to reserve the room booking.
There is so much to enjoy within the resort and only minutes away. Hotel shuttle is available for guest for free within the shopping district.
Relax & Play
I’ve allotted down time before 9am and after 5pm. This gives you plenty of time to unwind, relax, or play. On-site amenities include:
pool ~ hot tub ~ gym ~ outdoor seating and lounging ~ bar ~ country club/restaurant ~ fire pit ~ cafe ~ golf course (at reduced rate)
